Art. 2.° Todos los vecinos están en el deber de denunciar ante la autoridad correspondiente la existencia de armas en poder de particulares. El que á sabiendas no lo hiciere, sufrirá una multa hasta de $ 5 oro ó su equivalente en servicio personal aplicable á las obras públicas.

Parágrafo

Exceptúense las escopetas, cuya carga sea de taco y munición.
