Art. 3.° Los fletes de exportación se pagarán á la Empresa una vez que la carga objeto del trasporte haya sido entregada al buque de su destino, lo cual comprobará al Empresario con el cumplido firmado por el Capitán ó por el Contador de aquel. Los fletes de importación se pagarán una vez que la carga objeto del trasporte haya ingresado á la Aduana, lo cual comprobará el Empresario con el recibo que según está establecido debe expedir el Guarda-Almacén de aquella.
