Será de aplicación en el municipio de Manizales el régimen normativo especial para situaciones de desastre contemplado en los artículos 24 y siguientes en el Decreto 919 de 1989, así como lo dispuesto por el artículo 204 del Decreto 2685 de 1999 y demás disposiciones concordantes. Igualmente, se dará aplicación a las normas en materia de vivienda.
