Vigilancia. Corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República ejercer la vigilancia y el control posterior en los términos establecidos en el artículo 268 de la Constitución Política. Los responsables de las cajas menores deberán adoptar los controles internos que garanticen el adecuado uso manejo de los recursos, independientemente de las evaluaciones y verificaciones que compete adelantar a las oficinas de auditoría o control interno.
