Para el manejo de los fondos que reciban de la Nación en virtud de esta Ley, los Excelentísimos señores Obispos de Cartago y Facatativá, no necesitarán otorgar fianzas, pero si rendirán cuentas de la inversión a la Contraloría General de la República por conducto del Tesorero o Síndico de la respectiva Diócesis.
