De conformidad con la fusión ordenada en el presente Decreto, el numeral 12 del artículo 42 del Decreto 1292 de 1994, quedará así: 12. Formular las políticas, planes, programas, proyectos, normas y procedimientos relacionados con el manejo de las Campañas Directas para la prevención y control de las patologías transmitidas por vectores.
