° Adscríbense al Ingeniero Jefe de la Interventoría del gobierno en el contrato sobre construcción de acueducto y alcantarillado de la ciudad de Pasto, las funciones de miembro de la Junta creada por el 1° de la Ley 134 de 1937, que corresponde designar al Gobierno, para administrar las obras del acueducto y alcantarillado de la misma ciudad, que se den al servicio.
