°. Distribución de los recursos de los Fondos de Inversiones para el Desarrollo Regional. Para los gastos de funcionamiento de las Unidades Técnicas y de los Consejos Regionales de las Regiones de Planificación creadas por la Ley 76 de 1985 y los Decretos Extraordinarios 3083, 3084, 3085 y 3086 de 1987 se destinará hasta un dieciocho por ciento (18%) de los recursos de los Fondos de Inversiones para el Desarrollo Regional de la correspondiente región.
