Prima de Orden Público. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que presten servicio en zonas donde se desarrollen operaciones especiales para restablecer el orden público, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual que se denominará de Orden Público, correspondiente al diez por ciento (10%) del sueldo básico. El Gobierno determinará los lugares y circunstancias en que deba pagarse esta prima.
