ARTICULO 78. Comisiones . Las juntas podrán integrar comisiones permanentes encargadas de decidir sobre los proyectos de acuerdo en primer debate, según los asuntos o negocios de que conozcan y el contenido del proyecto. Si dichas comisiones no se hubieran creado o integrado, los informes para primero y segundo debate se rendirán ante la plenaria por el edil o ediles que la presidencia de la corporación nombre para tal efecto. La junta podrá integrar las demás comisiones que considere conveniente para su normal funcionamiento.
