° Los Títulos del Fondo de Ahorro y Vivienda, FAVI, de que trata el artículo 8° literal c) del Decreto 163 de 1990 tendran una tasa de interés anual variable equivalente a la variación anual de la UPAC vigente en el mes en que se inicie el respectivo período de liquidación de intereses, disminuida en 1.75 puntos porcentuales. El resultado de esta operación se convertirá en términos efectivos para su pago por semestres vencidos.
