Dentro del mes siguientes al vencimiento del período de prueba, la Comisión de Personal de la Carrera Diplomática y Consular evaluará tanto el rendimiento académico del funcionario como su comportamiento y eficiencia laboral. Para la calificación del rendimiento académico la Comisión tendrá en cuenta el informe que presente la Academia Diplomática. Para calificar su comportamiento y eficiencia laboral, el titular de la correspondiente dependencia atenderá los informes que deberán rendir los jefes inmediatos del funcionario.
