Los conductores de buses de servicio público para pasajeros, no admitirán ni transportarán a personas en estado de embriaguez. Cuando algún usuario profiera expresiones injuriosas o groseras, promueva riñas o cause cualquier molestia a los demás pasajeros, el conductor detendrá la marcha y dará aviso a la autoridad policiva más cercana, para que fuerce al perturbador a abandonar el vehículo.
