Art.ículo 2155. El mandatario responde hasta de la culpa leve en el cumplimiento de su encargo.

Esta responsabilidad recae mas estrictamente sobre el mandatario remunerado.

Por el contrario, si el mandatario ha manifestado repugnancia al encargo, i se ha visto en cierto modo forzado a aceptarlo, cediendo a las instancias del mandante, será menos estricta la responsabilidad que sobre él recaiga.
