Formalidades de las providencias mediante las cuales se impongan sanciones . Las sanciones deberán imponerse mediante resolución motivada, expedida por la autoridad sanitaria competente, que deberá notificarse personalmente al afectado o su representante legal, dentro del término de los cinco (5) días hábiles posteriores a su expedición. Si no pudiere hacerse la notificación personal, se hará por edicto de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto 2733 de 1959 y las disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o complementen.
