Art. 1°. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que conceda una prima de dos mil pesos por viaje y en el primer año, al individuo ó Compañía que con las correspondientes seguridades se comprometa á navegar por vapor en el rio Meta hasta el puerto de "Cabuyaro," haciendo por lo menos dos viajes al año. En el segundo año, la prima no podrá pasar de mil pesos.
