Elberto de J. Roca los planos, perfiles y estudios del Ferrocarril de Ocaña, y dado aviso en tiempo al Ministerio de Hacienda de que acepta definitivamente el contrato respectivo, concédesele una prórroga de dos años, contados desde el 31 de Mayo de 1897, para que de principio á la construcción del Ferrocarril entre Ocaña y el río Magdalena ó un punto navegable del río Lebrija.
