SOLICITUD Y DECISIÓN. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que crean reunir los requisitos señalados en los artículos anteriores para ingresar o ascender en el escalafón docente, elevarán solicitud a la Dirección General, para que la Dirección Docente adelante el estudio y proyecte la resolución respectiva.
