Si algún extranjero al cumplir las obligaciones expresadas en los artículos 3º y 4º, hiciere declaraciones erróneas maliciosamente, comprobando el hecho, se tendrá por personas de hábitos viciosos y podrá decretarse su expulsión. Los inmigrantes, además, deberán exhibir a su llegada al país el certificado de que trata el artículo 3º de la Ley 103 de 1927.
