Repealed

INHABILIDADES. No podrá ser designado liquidador:

1. Quien sea asociado de la entidad en liquidación, o de alguna de sus matrices, filiales o subordinadas, o tenga el carácter de acreedor o deudor a cualquier título, de la entidad en liquidación.

2. Quien ejerza el cargo de revisor fiscal. Vigente desde: 20/12/1995 y hasta el: 26/12/2006
