° La Oficina de Becas, de acuerdo con el Consejo, y las Direcciones Departamentales de Educación, rechazarán los expedientes de los aspirantes que no estén comprendidos dentro de la edad fijada por los reglamentos de los institutos para los cuales se solicita la beca, o que carezcan de algunos de los requisitos exigidos en el artículo 4°.
