LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.9.2.8. Corrección de inconsistencias. El Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi Catastro Nacional y las oficinas de catastro Antioquia, Medellín y Cali deberán corregir las inconsistencias que presenten sus bases de datos, en un plazo máximo de 30 días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha en que el municipio o distrito, con copia al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, lo solicite, con el fin de que se aplique ágilmente la metodología de estratificación de fincas y viviendas dispersas en la zona rural.
