° Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el Artículo 3° del Decreto Legislativo 541 de 1976, el procedimiento para la aplicación de las sanciones a las conductas previstas en los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto citado, será el establecido en el artículo 223 del Decreto extraordinario 1355 de 1970, Código Nacional de Policía.
