ARTICULO 2.1.3.1.3 .- CLASES DE CONTRATOS. Las sociedades fiduciarias podrán desarrollar operaciones de fideicomiso de inversión mediante contratos de fiducia mercantil, celebrados con arreglo a la formalidades legales, o a través de encargos fiduciarios. Los modelos respectivos, en cuanto estén destinados a servir como base para la celebración de contratos por adhesión o para la prestación masiva del servicio, serán evaluados previamente por la Superintendencia Bancaria al igual que toda modificación o adición que pretenda introducirse en las condiciones generales consignadas en los mismos.
