Adiciónese el inciso 1 del artículo 1 del Decreto 1261 de 2026, en el sentido de incluir, en el ámbito territorial de la declaratoria del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica por grave calamidad pública, a los departamentos de Caquetá y Santander, dentro de las entidades territoriales afectadas por el terremoto del 10 de agosto de 2026.
