DEL REGISTRO NACIONAL DE FARMACODEPENDIENTES. Los profesionales en medicina que formulen las drogas y medicamentos a que se refiere el artículo anterior a pacientes considerados como farmacodependientes, tienen la obligación de informar de ello a los servicios seccionales de salud, los cuales deberán transmitir la información al Fondo Nacional de Estupefacientes del Ministerio de Salud que deberán llevar un Registro Nacional de Farmacodependientes. Lo dispuesto en este artículo se ajustará a la reglamentación que expida el Ministerio de Salud, previo concepto del Tribunal de Etica Médica y La Sociedad Colombiana de Psiquiatría.
