Artículo único. Durante el tiempo en el Subsecretario de Hacienda esté encargado del Ministerio de este ramo en su carácter de Subsecretario, desempeñará las funciones de este empleo el doctor Samuel Bernal, Jefe de la sección 2. ª del Mismo Ministerio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
