Si el Departamento de Nariño acepta la cesión de que trata el artículo 7.° de esta Ley, debe obligarse á pagar el abogado que el Gobierno nombra para que haga ante el Poder Judicial la defensa de los derechos que puedan tener los indígenas que hoy viven en el Valle de Sibundoy á ese Valle ó á parte de su territorio.
