Cinco o más industriales o empresarios pueden constituirse en sindicato, sometiéndose a las disposiciones de esta Ley. Los sindicatos así constituidos gozan de las facultades concedidas en los ordinales a), c) y d) del artículo 8º. En iguales condiciones y con los mismos derechos pueden fundarse sindicatos mixtos de industriales o empresarios y trabajadores, pero éstos requieren un número no menor de tres industriales y diez trabajadores.
