ARTICULO 3.1.6.2.22 .- DESIGNACION SOBREVINIENTE DE LA ENTIDAD PÚBLICA ADMINISTRADORA DEL FONDO. En caso de disolución, liquidación o intervención administrativa de la entidad Pública que administre el Fondo del Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Tránsito "Fonsat", o de terminación del contrato correspondiente, el fondo será administrado por una entidad pública de similares características que determine el Gobierno Nacional, previo concepto de la Junta Asesora.
