ARTICULO 2.4.12.1.7 .- EQUILIBRIO FINANCIERO DE LAS OPERACIONES. El Gobierno Nacional, previo concepto de la Junta Monetaria, reglamentará las características generales de los títulos y la naturaleza de las inversiones o préstamos que pueda efectuar el Icetex con los recursos de los artículos 2.4.12.1.1. y 2.4.12.1.2. del presente estatuto, sus límites, el objeto de los préstamos, las tasas de interés, sus plazos y garantías, todo esto con el propósito de que las condiciones financieras de las colocaciones que haga el instituto, aseguren la oportuna y completa atención de sus obligaciones para con el público.

Parágrafo

- El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará el régimen de recompra anticipada de los títulos de ahorro educativo (T.A.E.).
