Prohibiciones De Los Programas De Préstamo Recurrente De Valores Por Cuenta De Terceros

Prohibiciones de los programas de préstamo recurrente de valores por cuenta de terceros. Las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa, en desarrollo de los programas de préstamo recurrente de valores por cuenta de terceros, se abstendrán de realizar las siguientes actividades

Destinar valores de los clientes, de manera directa· o indirecta, para la realización de operaciones por fuera de los programas de préstamo recurrente de valores.

Utilizar los valores autorizados por los clientes en contravención de los lineamientos y límites definidos por el cliente en la respectiva instrucción general u orden.
