Art. 2.º Dichas Sociedades se tendrán por no constituidas y no podrán reclamar protección legal en su existencia, sino obtuvieren autorización del Poder Ejecutivo; de modo que las que hasta hoy no hayan obtenido esa autorización expresa se estimarán disueltas si dentro de seis meses después de la promulgación de esta Ley no dan cumplimiento a lo prescrito en ella.
