La Fiscalía, la Defensoría del Pueblo y el Ministerio Público, en sus diferentes niveles territoriales , deberán acompañar de acuerdo a sus competencias a las mujeres víctimas de violencia en todas sus formas y tipos, una vez tengan conocimiento de la llegada de la mujer violentada a las Casas de Refugio, en aras de materializar el principio de coordinación, dispuesto en la presente ley.
