º. Monto de la pensión especial. El monto de la pensión será el consignado en el artículo 17 del Decreto 603 de 1977, el cual se calculará sobre el promedio del salario mensual que se establece en el artículo 36 de la Ley 100 de 1993, calculado desde la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la misma ley.
