Decreto 4165 de 1948 · Por el cual se dictan unas disposiciones sobre turismo y control de extranjeros

Artículo cuarto. La visa de turismo será gratuita; podrá ser utilizada dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a su expedición y permitirá al turista permanecer en el territorio de la República por un periodo hasta de sesenta (60) días.

Parágrafo

Durante el periodo de duración de esta visa, el turista podrá salir del país y regresar a el sin necesidad de nueva visa.
