Atribuciones de los funcionarios de las plantas actuales . Los funcionarios de la planta de personal actual de la Superintendencia de Valores y de la Superintendencia Bancaria de Colombia, continuarán ejerciendo las atribuciones a ellos asignadas y percibiendo la misma remuneración, hasta tanto sean incorporados a la planta de personal adoptada de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior.
