Responsabilidad del interventor por faltas gravísimas . Modifíquese el numeral 11 del artículo 55 de la Ley 734 de 2002, el cual quedará así:
11. Las consagradas en los numerales 2, 3, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 26, 27, 28, 34, 40, 42, 43, 50, 51, 52, 55, 56, y 59,
parágrafo 4°, del artículo 48 de esta ley cuando resulten compatibles con la función.
