º. De la incorporación de los funcionarios del Ministerio. Para la incorporación de los funcionarios del Ministerio de Salud a la Planta de Personal adoptada por este Decreto se exigirán los requisitos establecidos en el Decreto 33 de 1990 y 1846 de 1990, teniendo en cuenta las funciones del cargo y la dependencia donde se incorpore al empleado.
