Del Registro Como Profesional De Enfermería Postgraduado

Ley 266 de 1996 · por la cual se reglamenta la profesión de enfermería en Colombia y se dictan otras disposiciones.

La Asociación Nacional de Enfermeras de Colombia, ANEC, registrará como profesional de enfermería postgraduado, al profesional de enfermería que acredite el título de postgrado correspondiente, expedido por universidad reconocida por el Gobierno Nacional o acredite la convalidación del título de postgrado expedido por universidad extranjera.

Parágrafo

El profesional de enfermería postgraduado, se acreditará con la tarjeta profesional, que se expedirá de acuerdo a la correspondiente reglamentación.
