º DECISION DE VENDER. Las acciones que las entidades públicas del orden nacional, mencionadas en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, poseen en la Corporación de Ahorro y Vivienda, Corpavi, se ofrecerán en venta por el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras obrando en nombre y representación de las entidades públicas titulares de tales acciones, conforme a las condiciones y procedimientos aprobados por este Decreto.
