Artículo. 1283. No se puede aceptar asignación alguna sino después que se ha deferido.

Pero después de la muerte de la persona de cuya sucesión se trata, se podrá repudiar toda asignación, aunque sea condicional i esté pendiente la condición.

Se mirará como repudiación intempestiva, i no tendrá valor alguno, el permiso concedido por un legitimario al que le debe la lejítima para que pueda testar sin consideración a ella.
