Art. 9.° Las Secciones del Resguardo se dividirán en grupos cuando deban vigilarse permanentemente lugares ó Territorios determinados. Dichos grupos se compondrán del personal suficiente para llenar su objeto y serán mandados por Ayudantes ó Cabos designados por los respectivos Jefes de los Resguardos. Los Jefes de las Oficinas fiscales de que dependan las Secciones de los Resguardos cuidarán de hacer que los grupos sean relevados periódicamente.
