Los trámites ambientales en curso, relacionados con proyectos del sector de infraestructura de transporte del modo terrestre-férreo que correspondan, a la descripción del numeral 19 del artículo 2.2.2.5.2.1 y del numeral 26 del artículo 2.2.2.6.1.4 del presente decreto, se archivarán de oficio por la autoridad ambiental o a solicitud del interesado. Para el efecto, se ordenará la devolución de la totalidad de la documentación aportada, mediante acto administrativo motivado que se notificará en los términos de ley.
