Artículo tercero. La entidad nominadora procederá, conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, a designar el personal que debe ocupar los empleos que se establecen por el presente Decreto. Los empleados que estando al servicio del Ministerio de Minas y Energía fueren incorporados en los cargos creados por el presente Decreto, no requerirán llenar otra formalidad para la posesión que la firma del acta respectiva.
