º. En caso de pérdida o extravío de la credencial, el empleado deberá dar aviso a la entidad que le ha expedido dentro de un plazo no mayor de veinticuatro (24) horas o en el término de la distancia. La autoridad expedidora tomará las anotaciones respectivas y expedirá el duplicado correspondiente con el costo establecido en el artículo anterior.
