° Los miembros de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente y Legislativa que hayan sido reelegidos, continuarán devengando sin interrupción los emolumentos de que hoy disfrutan, y los nuevos, empezarán a devengar desde el 24 de abril del año en curso, día en que inicia sus sesiones la nueva Asamblea Nacional Constituyente y Legislativa.
