º. Las sociedades anónimas, nacionales o extrajeras, que tengan negocios en Colombia remitirán a la Superintendencia Bancaria una copia auténtica del balance general de sus operaciones, de acuerdo con las instrucciones que al respecto formule la Superintendencia.
