Articulo 5°. Corresponde a Consejo Directivo la dirección general de la Universidad en los órdenes docentes, investigativo, técnico y administrativo, para lo cual cumplirá las funciones que fijen los estatutos, no asignadas a otra autoridad por el presente Decreto.
