El condenado que se hallare en las circunstancias previstas por esta ley, dirigirá la solicitud de libertad condicional al Juez que hubiere dictado la sentencia de primera instancia, acompañando las pruebas que considere oportunas.

Parágrafo

La solicitud se tramitará de acuerdo con los artículos 673 a 676 del Código de Procedimiento Penal.

Parágrafo 2

En todos los casos de libertad condicional, la resolución del Juez debe consultarse si no fuere apelada.
